Hiya,
I can't find a download link in the announcement of the current version post

The downloads folder at the top of the screen only links to 4th and 5th ed..

And I believe I followed a set of other links somewhere that took me around the shop and ended up in 5th ed previous releases folder..
I've looked in core bug tracker, looked in all the things that look like a resource folder.. can someone point me to the green arrow thing for 7th ed 1.51 pretty please.

Hi,

The Downloads link only goes to the old files that were hosted here on the site up until the releases were done solely though the Army Builder software itself. These are available as an archive of the old files, however they are mostly useless now so the link may be removed in the near future has been removed.

For the current version you should use the get updates button in Army Builder, or you can use the Supplemental Downloads page on the Army Builder website.
