How do I get Planetstrike Detachments to show?

I'm not sure that this is a bug, and figure its likely just me missing something.
I see under Roster Settings where I can choose b-1 Planetstrike and then a-1 Attacker or Defender.
But the Planetstrike Detachment types then don't seem to show up.
