Gotta say, none of those parts really scream 'command vehicle' to me.

unless its 'add-on' components for existing vehicles as there seem to be a mix of tau, eldar, chaos etc bits on there

Are these going to be "baggie" parts such as the Zombie Pirates, or are they "free" throw-ins with all these upcoming Apocalypse Box Sets coming out?

I would just find it odd that players of one race (e.g., Eldar)would get so many parts from another race (Tau, Chaos, IG/SM) that they might not play.

It looks just like a generic sprue that they could throw into a either a basic starter box for accessories, or in a WD as goodies to promote Apocalypse.

I agree.. The sprue is very basic to me. Seems to really have no purpose. Hope this is a give away to help drum up Apocolypse interest.
